Condo Information System – Now Active

We are pleased to introduce the Condo Information System, a digital communication module integrated into the Condo PORTAL platform, designed to improve how information is shared across the building.

This smart, secure, multi-user system allows authorized staff and management to post and manage announcements locally from the building office or remotely from the management office, with real-time updates on all connected displays.

Digital screens installed in the lobby, elevators, and common areas deliver:

• General building information and contacts
• Live office hours status
• Running news ticker
• Main announcement board with dated and expiring notices

Residents can also view building news directly on in-suite call phones, ensuring important updates are always accessible.
